Sky Railway recommends checking your daily weather report before coming out to ride our trains so that you can best decide how to dress.
Our historically restored trains are equipped with floor heaters for those cool Santa Fe nights and winters days, but you may want an extra layer just in case you decide to step out onto one of our open air flatcars or if you tend to get chilly.
Things heat up pretty quick during our summers here in the high desert. Our classic 1924 Pullman cars have windows that are open to let that clean mountain air cool you down. If you tend to overheat, inquire about our air-conditioned car the Celeste.
Close toe shoes with flat outer soles are suggested to keep your toes warm and for better balance moving around our train cars.
For further questions on what to wear, please contact us directly.
